Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiology, performed by an Exercise Physiologist, is the science of using exercise to treat a multitude of conditions. Accredited Exercise Physiologists, such as ours, require postgraduate university training. Not only are our exercise physiologists highly skilled in providing exercise programs for musculoskeletal conditions but also for many other health concerns including weight loss, diabetes, chronic pain, osteoporosis and neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and MS. Research has shown a well tailored and graduated exercise program is beneficial for both physical and mental wellbeing and is very useful in the management of depression and anxiety.
